J-Tron GP30 Series gear pumps professionally designed for liquid cooling applications in ultra-fast charging stations, energy storage systems, and small-scale data centers.Pump body is constructed with a SS316L fabrication, driven by an 220V AC adjustable-speed brushless motor to ensure low-noise, pulse-free, and leak-free coolant circulation, thereby guaranteeing stable operation of the liquid-cooled system. With a 40L/min high flow rate and 80m head pressure, GP series delivers robust hydraulic propulsion for liquid-cooled modules including ultra-fast charging stations, data center cooling racks, and energy storage battery packs. It resolves challenges inherent to EV charging stations, including extended charging cables, high-viscosity refrigerant, and elevated hydraulic impedance. The pump demonstrates multi fluid competency in conveying glycol-based coolants, fluorinated dielectric fluids, and silicone oil thermal carriers, ensuring high-efficiency, precision thermal dissipation. Under conditions of 80 ℃ glycol mixture/fluoride solution and discharging pressure holding of 2 bar, maintain low noise and smooth operation without abnormal leakage.
